I had some trouble reading and deciphering this Will but here is my effort: "This is the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Fardinando of the Bank of England and West Ham in the County of Essex. I give (devise) *divide* and bequeath unto my Nephew ?? Frederick Grew all that (?) my Freehold estate situate lying and being at Wilmington in the county of Kent and now let on Coax to Robert Bastow Esquire. To my Nephew Nathaniel Grew all that my fix**fs ground ******** and being at Stratford in the County of Essex now let on tenure to Thomas Bro*** Esquire. Also to my said Nephew Nathaniel Grew my ninety acres in the ??? General Life Assurance Company. To my Niece S??? Grew, Spinster I give and bequeath the sum of one thousand two hundred and fifty pounds Bank Stock. Also I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Clara Grew the sum of one thousand two hundred and fifty pounds bank stock to my Sister, Mrs Cooke ******** and to my (friend?) Mr John Chappell two hundred Cousols. All the rest of my property whatsoever and wheresoever to my sister Elizabeth Clara Grew and I hereby nominate and appoint my Nephews Frederick and Nathaniel Grew to be Executors of this my will dated the *** day of September Eighteen Hundred and fifty one.
