The Jewish Historical Society of England

The Jewish Historical Society of England (JHSE) has provided some fascinating insights and leads in tracing Antonio and the early Jewish community in London.  Each article I read adds a little more to my knowledge and my holdings can be viewed in the Resources section of this web site.  There are major works published by the JHSE which are not part of the Transactions, amongst these are works by Cecil Roth and Lucien Wolf referred to in the resources section.

One thing is clear, without their help and assistance over the years and through publishing their work, our research would have taken an age.  Thanks to the JHSE!
